Multiplex Ligation Dependent Probe Amplification (MLPA)
MLPA (Multiplex Ligation-dependant Probe Amplification (MLPA) is a multiplex PCR based technique which enables the copy number variation (CV) detection of up to 60 DNA sequences in a single reaction. 96 DNA samples can be processed simultaneously with result within 24 hours. Over 400 assays targeting various genetic diseases are available.DSS Imagetech Pvt Ltd is the sole authorised distributor for MRC Holland in India.
DSS offers assays from the MRC Holland portfolio. Customers are trained on assays and the software and provided with all possible technical support.
