Lymphocyte Growth Supplement comprises a complex mixture of growth promoters with a marked stimulatory effect on peripheral lymphocyte cultures. The Lymphocyte Growth Supplement is believed to improve cell growth as well as mitotic index; improving the chromosome morphology in blood cultures while exposing these cells to growth factors known as growth promoters.
Lymphocyte Growth Supplement aims to diminish the culture times from 72 hours down to 48 hours, particularly useful for urgent samples and samples arriving midweek. With a marked stimulatory effect on blood; it is a complex mixture of growth factors dissolved in DMEM containing FCS.
