The term NeoDx denotes a new approach to Diagnostics. NeoDx Biotech Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a company that designs, develops & manufactures innovative molecular diagnostic products keeping in mind reliability, usability, accessibility & affordability. While NeoDx has been conceived as a company to create a portfolio of molecular diagnostic tests for both infectious and non-infectious diseases, the company has doubled down to develop and manufacture COVID19 related test kits (RNA Extraction Kits and the RT-PCR COVID19 test kits) in light of the Covid19 pandemic and the urgent need in the country for reliable and affordable RT-PCR test kits. NeoDx has now developed and launched an RNA extraction kit as well as the RT-PCR COVID test kit both of which they have received ICMR validation and approvals. These kits are now being manufactured under strict quality guidelines in a new state-of-the-art facility in Bangalore. Using the finest grade of raw materials and following rigid manufacturing and quality processes /protocols NeoDx ensures that the products manufactured in their facility are of the highest standards. The manufacturing site is ISO13485 certified and has started producing CE-IVD kits including Covid-19 RT PCR kits for all known variants including alpha, beta, gamma, delta and omicron.

The kit reagents detect Matrix Protein (M) in Influenza A, Nucleoprotein (N) in Influenza B, Hemagglutinin (HA) gene in H1N1 and H3N2 along with Human internal control Beta Actin in a single tube with RNA as template.
