    Primary Role: The primary role of a service engineer is to ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and functionality of Micro Imaging instruments, particularly high-end microscopes and advanced imaging tools & softwares. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up the equipment, calibrating it for optimal performance, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and performing regular maintenance to prevent system failures.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Responsible for performing installation, calibration, validation, and commissioning of instruments.
    • Responsible for instrument troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and repairs at the customer site. This is crucial to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and systems.
    • Proven experience in achieving Service and spare part targets within an assigned territory.
    • Provide support to customers all over north India on Instrument Operation on site as well as remotely.
    • Maintain a calendar for preventive Maintenance visits, performing without causing delay and attending service calls from customers.
    • Assisting customers on instrument handling operations and smooth functioning softwares.

    preferred. At the end of the internship tenure, deserving candidates will be offered a full-time role
    which will come with new challenges including sales targets.

    Responsibilities:
    Market Analysis & Strategy:

    • Understanding DSS’s scope of business, market and offerings.
    • Promoting new products in the market for emerging technologies and new principals.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion in the biotechnology sector.
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organisational goals.
    • KPI:
      • Monthly presentation on understanding of the market in the area of operation.

    Networking and Industry Engagement:
