InFluDx 5plex RT-PCR Detection Kit
InFluDx 5plex RT-PCR Detection Kit is a multiplex, TaqMan probe-based qualitative assay for differentiation of Influenza A, B, H1N1 and H3N2 in human respiratory specimens.
The kit reagents detect Matrix Protein (M) in Influenza A, Nucleoprotein (N) in Influenza B, Hemagglutinin (HA) gene in H1N1 and H3N2 along with Human internal control Beta Actin in a single tube with RNA as template.
