MLPA Workshop

For the first time we bring to you the world renowned MRC-Holland MLPA (Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification) One Day Workshops, at not just one city in India, but two – Delhi & Bangalore.

The main objective of this provide practical knowledge in the field of MLPA analysis to the participants so that he/she is confident in working on the interpretation and analysis of MLPA. This workshop is ideal for an existing / new MLPA user. This is a troubleshooting workshop. It includes raw data evaluation & troubleshooting and MLPA analysis by Coffalyser.Net. There is no wet demo involved. The participant is expected to have a basic understanding of the MLPA technique before the start of the workshop. Experience with Coffalyser software is not required.

The workshop faculty includes Jelger van der Meer, Amanda Mason and Eline Sepers

*All of the three are from MRC Holland and will be traveling to India to conduct this workshop.

** Depending upon final schedule, the availability of the three will differ from city to city. However, at least one of them will be present in each proposed city.

Workshop charges are 7500 INR per participant.
