Immuno Histo Chemistry (IHC)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) combines histological, immunological and biochemical techniques for the classification of specific tissue elements through a specific antigen/antibody reaction tagged with an evident label. IHC makes it understandable to visualize the dispersion and localization of graphic cell segments inside a cell or tissue.
The two mutable regions recognise bind to an antigen (parts of invading bacteria) heading to the invading bacteria being damaged. Antibodies produced in the body are polyclonal because everyone has a distinct variable region and can centre on a different antigen (until a threat is recognised in which case they enormously overproduce the appropriate antibody). The two variable sectors recognise bind to an antigen heading to the invading bacteria being destroyed.

Dako Coverslipper
