Tumor Comprehensive Genomic Profiling Panel Assay
The Tumor Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) Panel Assay is a high-throughput sequencing (NGS)-based solution for the comprehensive analysis of tumor-related genes. Designed for research use only (RUO), it enables precise detection of single nucleotide variations (SNVs), small insertions/deletions (Indels), copy number variations (CNVs), and gene fusions across a 1200-gene panel.

Features and Benefits
• Targets 1200 key tumor-associated genes, providing in-depth insights into cancer driver mutations and therapeutic biomarkers
• Suitable for peripheral blood, cfDNA, fresh tissue, and FFPE DNA samples, ensuring broad clinical research applicability.
• Fast and efficient 2–3 hour workflow with end-repair, adapter ligation, and amplification modules. Biotinylated DNA probes with streptavidin bead enrichment deliver high specificity and reduced off-target reads.
• Detects low-frequency mutations, making it suitable for challenging samples like cfDNA and FFPE tissue.
• Validated for both Illumina and MGI sequencing platforms, with dedicated adapter/UDI primer kits for each.
• Provides consistent library quality (290–400 bp inserts) with robust quantification standards.
