EGFR pharmDx Kits
EGFR pharmDx Kit is a qualitative immunohistochemical assay. It includes all reagents necessary to identify the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) protein on the surface of normal and neoplastic cells.The kit will provide reproducible results with its’s standard protocol. EGFR is indicated as an aid in identifying colorectal cancer patients eligible for treatment with Erbitux® (cetuximab) or Vectibix™ (panitumumab).
