Cancer Diagnostics
Cancer is a genetic disease. The uncontrolled proliferation and division of abnormal cells occur when mutated cell DNA inhibits the tumor suppressor gene function. Cancer arises when the cell DNA gets irreversibly damaged. Cancer can affect almost all parts of the human body. The possible factors for developing cancer can be environmental exposure, inheritance, and mutation of DNA that occurs in the cell division process. The cancer cells can also migrate from their original place to other parts through the blood or lymphatic system; this is known as Metastasis. There are many types of Cancer like Carcinoma that occurs in Epithelial cells, Sarcoma that occurs in connective tissue and Leukemia which occurs in Bone marrow. Early detection of cancer is very essential for better treatment and to control the severity.
