Presentation Topic: Coorelation of Cervical Infections with fertility in women

Presentation was focused on clinical utility of CT/NG and HPV co-infection and its impact on fertility in women

For the first time we bring to you the world renowned MRC-Holland MLPA (Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification) One Day Workshops, at not just one city in India, but two – Delhi & Bangalore.

The main objective of this provide practical knowledge in the field of MLPA analysis to the participants so that he/she is confident in working on the interpretation and analysis of MLPA. This workshop is ideal for an existing / new MLPA user. This is a troubleshooting workshop. It includes raw data evaluation & troubleshooting and MLPA analysis by Coffalyser.Net. There is no wet demo involved. The participant is expected to have a basic understanding of the MLPA technique before the start of the workshop. Experience with Coffalyser software is not required.

The workshop faculty includes Jelger van der Meer, Amanda Mason and Eline Sepers

*All of the three are from MRC Holland and will be traveling to India to conduct this workshop.

** Depending upon final schedule, the availability of the three will differ from city to city. However, at least one of them will be present in each proposed city.

Workshop charges are 7500 INR per participant.

41st Annual Conference of Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists ,MICROCON 2017 was organised at Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Ranchi,Jharkhand, from 22nd November, 2017  to 26th November, 2017.

Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists ,Andhra Pradesh organised its 2nd Annual Conference and CME on Sept 8th-10th 2017 at Dr. Pinnaamaneni Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Foundation, Chinna Avutapalli,Gannavaram,Vijayawada.

This workshop cum CME programme was organised by Deptt. of Haematology - Oncology Molecular lab in collaboration with DSS at PGIMER,Chandigarh.Handson training on FISH and MLPA were given by Mr. Sunil Vats and Ms. Manisha Singh respectively.
